Provi - $20,000 CDN (+GST to Canadian Residents Only) 2004 Grey Andalusian gelding. 16.1hh, sired by Remate (PRE) and out of Bielsa H (PRE). Provi has been shown to second level and is working on third level movements. He has many ribbons from competitions where he was showing training, first, and second level. Ballad - $12,000 CDN + GST. 2011 Canadian Warmblood bay colt by Banderas. (Balou du Rouet). Very well put together, correct movement, nice temperament, learns very quickly, and should finish about 16.2 hh. All offspring out of his dam have premium designations in their riding horse tests and chute jumping. She consistently produces excellent temperaments with great movement and jumping scope and form. She won her riding horse test and mare evaluation, 3rd in Canada that year of inspections. She is the type of horse that can be not ridden for a long time, yet is great the next time you sit on her. No issues. She has offspring competing in the US and one stands as a stallion in Florida. Ballad's sire Banderas, is the only approved son of Balou du Rouet, and successfully completed his 70 day test at Silver Creek Farm in 2010, 4th overall. He is solid in 2nd level work and is confirming his half pass work and flying changes before showing 3rd level this year. His gaits are smooth and have excellent rhythm. He has very good rideability, being light in the bridle and responsive to the aids, an absolute pleasure to ride! He has a schoolmaster type temperament as he is very calm and patient, and has always been ridden very classically and correctly by his lifelong trainer. Beau is good to hack out by himself or in a group. He has done 2’9” hunter and jumper shows in the past and excels as a hunter with his excellent rhythm, calm demeanour and auto changes. He would excel with either a competitor looking for a solid partner to move up the levels or a rider looking for a lower level honest schoolmaster who also jumps and hacks out. After being well started under saddle as a 3 and 4 year old this kind mare has been a prolific and very successful broodmare. This beautiful filly was started under saddle in May 2011 and was one of the most uncomplicated horses the trainer has ever started. She is confirmed w/t/c with 17 rides under saddle and was schooling well on the flat before taking a well deserved break for the summer. She has a very quiet and sensible temperament, not spooky, and has the patience of a much older horse. APHA registration eligible. Well developed gelding with flashy markings. Quite good movement, could go either dressage or into the hunters. Has not had any formal training done with him yet, but stands for the farrier. He is a good looking horse with good gaits and should do well when started in a training program, he just needs someone with the time to spend with him. Current owner has too many to train to devote time with this horse. He appears to be a horse who will be sensitive to his handler, be a good loyal worker in the discipline of choice of the owner. Westwind won the 2010 SK CWHBA foal futurity with a premium score of 8, including a 9 for Swing and Elasticity of Gaits, and 8`s for Conformation and Correctness of Gaits. Judges' comments included "Big mover, fluid and elastic, engine on all the time". In addition to his correct conformation the panel of judges were impressed with his gaits. The impressive Hanoverian Wolkenglanz (Wolkenstein II/Bolero/Akzent I) was known for consistently siring offspring with a wonderful temperament, impressive gaits, correct conformation, and exceptional rideability and trainability.
