About Val:
al Sanford has over 30 years riding experience. Her junior years were spent in the hunter divisions in Ontario, under British instruction. Following two years of training under dressage German trainer Irene Hill www.irenemoserhill.com in Austin, Texas, Val obtained FN's large and small bronze medals while riding in Verden, Germany at the Hanoverian Riding School under Jochim Weist. Since that time she became a certified Canadian Coach and has enjoyed teaching, training and showing dressage in Saskatoon SK. In 1996 she became involved with the Saskatchewan Chapter of the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association, and has presented horses at the breed shows including the riding horse tests. She currently runs a Warmblood breeding program in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, and teaches Dressage lessons and clinics.
